Houses cannot currently be ordered or purchased through this website. No payment processing and no delivery take place. Further details are set out in the terms and conditions.

As no distance contract is concluded through this website, no statutory right of withdrawal arises from using it — neither under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (lag (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler) nor under the consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

Your quote request can be withdrawn at any time

A quote request is a non-binding expression of interest and not a contract. You may withdraw it at any time and without giving reasons — an informal message to info@upyard.eu is sufficient. Your data will then be deleted.

If you conclude a contract later

If you later conclude a contract with us as a consumer at a distance — for example by email following a quote — you will have the statutory right of withdrawal. The full withdrawal policy and the model withdrawal form will be provided to you before the contract is concluded.
