Terms and conditions
Last updated: 31 October 2026
§ 1 Scope and operator
These terms govern the use of the website stay.upyard.eu, operated by Numbers Analytics Sweden AB, Gräsandsgatan 29, 133 41 Saltsjöbaden, Sweden (the “operator” or “we”). Full provider details can be found in the legal notice.
§ 2 Purpose of this website
This website presents planned Upyard Stay tiny houses and their configuration options and allows interested parties to request a quote without obligation.
Houses cannot currently be purchased through this website. No sale, no payment processing and no delivery take place.
§ 3 No contract is concluded
The presentation of products, the configurator and the quote request form do not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to express interest.
Submitting a quote request does not conclude a purchase contract and does not create any claim to delivery, to a particular price or to a particular product configuration. Neither you nor we incur any obligation to purchase or to supply. Any contract would be concluded separately and only on the basis of terms provided to you in advance.
§ 4 Prices
All prices shown are non-binding price indications. They are shown in euros, including VAT at the rate stated next to the price, and excluding assembly. Any costs for delivery and for preparing the foundation are set out in the individual quote.
We reserve the right to change prices, product details and configuration options. Only the conditions applicable at the time of any later actual conclusion of contract are decisive.
§ 5 Quote requests
Requesting a quote is free of charge and non-binding. You may object to further contact at any time without formality, for example by email to the address given in the legal notice. The privacy policy explains how your data is processed.
§ 6 Availability of the website
We endeavour to ensure uninterrupted operation but do not owe it. There is no claim to constant availability of the website.
§ 7 Liability
We accept unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of simple negligence we are liable only for breach of a material obligation whose fulfilment makes proper use of the website possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely; in such cases liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the situation. Liability under the Swedish Product Liability Act (produktansvarslagen 1992:18) remains unaffected.
§ 8 Applicable law
Swedish law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which a consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
§ 9 Severability
Should any provision of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
